Conditions of Rental
Reservations
You can make a reservation by email, telephone or letter. We will confirm your reservation by email or letter when we receive your deposit.
The minimum stay is two nights.
You can check-in any time after 3.00 pm on the day you arrive and we ask that you check out by 11.00 am on the day you leave. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later please let us know and if possible we will try to accommodate you.
Deposit / Payment
A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking with the balance due 28 days before commencement of the rental period.
If a booking is made less than 28 days before the start of the rental period the full amount should be paid at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel, any refund is dependent on our ability to re-book the property at the same rate to other guests – which we will always endeavour to do. A small administration fee would be deducted from your deposit.
Terms and Conditions
- Sorry – no pets.
- No smoking in the property.
- We expect the property to be respected and left in the same condition as found.
- A maximum of 5 people to reside in the property at any one time.
- The property must be used solely for the purpose of self-catering holiday accommodation.
- The owners shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident, loss or mishap to any persons or property whilst using the premises or for any illness or injury arising from any cause whatsoever.
- The acceptance of your reservation confirms your acceptance of your acceptance of the above terms & conditions and cancellation policy.
